My name is Dr Deepak Jadhav. I am a registered medical practitioner having twenty-six years of experience. I am on a mission to help a hundred thousand people above age forty to live healthy and long lives with the help of ancient traditional practices like Meipadam, Karlakattai, Ayurved, Yoga and Meditation.

 WHAT IS HEALTHY LIFE ?

A healthy life can be defined as a state of overall well-being and optimal functioning in physical, mental, and social aspects of life. It is a holistic approach to living that promotes balance, vitality, and longevity. Here we will discuss some key elements that contribute to a healthy life.

 WHAT IS LONG LIFE ?

Longevity, often termed extended lifespan, denotes the capability to live significantly beyond the average lifespan. It correlates with attaining advanced age and is quantified in years. The quest for longevity propels scientific research, medical progress, and lifestyle adjustments that promote prolonged health during aging. Genetics, healthcare access, diet, exercise, and socioeconomic conditions collectively impact one's potential lifespan. As knowledge grows and medical care improves, the pursuit of longevity persists as a common objective, inspiring individuals and societies to seek methods for prolonging and enhancing life.

 HOW TO ACHIEVE HEALTHY AND LONG LIFE?

During my last 26 years of medical practice, I came across a number of hazardous lifestyle diseases and sufferings. I was always curious about how we can avoid and cure these diseases. After years of thinking, searching and researching I came across these wonderful traditional practices like Meipadam, Karlakattai, Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation that can help humanity to reverse their diseases and achieve healthy long life.

 WHAT IS MEIPADAM?

The meaning of Meipadam is self-image. Improving your self-image with the help of this ancient fitness practice. In this practice, we use our hands, legs and body for exercise. This gives miraculous results to improve body posture, body alignment, flexibility, strength and stamina without getting exhausted and fatigued.

 WHAT IS KARLATTAI PRACTICE?

This is an ancient warrior fitness practice which uses wooden Indian clubs for exercise. This practice is used by our ancient warriors and their soldiers like Shri Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Shri Maharana Pratap, that's why it is called an ancient warrior practice. We can easily use this to improve our strength, stamina, endurance, body alignment and fitness.

 HOW ANCIENT THIS PRACTICE IS?

This ancient warrior practice has a history since the homosapiens started walking on their legs. We find its evidence in our ancient sculptures in ancient temples. We all know the great warrior Shri Hanuman.

 Pain of frozen shoulder is very much familiar I m recovering from it and yes Mental health is getting much n much better 🙏Feeling blessed what I have for god’s grace. After the first demo, got the inside feeling that this exercise will benefit me. Thanks to Dr. Deepak for all his efforts thereafter he is taking on all of us. 1) My Body Posture has improved. I used to bend in my upper back, which is now straightened and hence realise that my height is back to my earlier one.2) Although there is less weight loss in toto, I realise muscle gain.3) Clothes which were tight due to fat gain, now are proper fit, realise the inches loss 4) Improved capacity to lift weight, stretch hands to reach towards the things.5) Increased capacity to bear cold.6) Energy is there for the whole day, continue my work without fatigue.7) Can manage with less sleep also.
